Room-temperature curing-type heat dissipation epoxy resin suitable for lithium ion batteries
ThreeBond 2045B and ThreeBond 2145B are two-component, mixed-type epoxy resins. They can be cured at room temperature and feature high levels of heat dissipation and adhesive strength. They are also products that are equivalent to Flame Retardant Standard UL94 [Vertical Combustibility Test] V-0. They are suitable for electric and hybrid vehicles, as well as for use around lithium-ion batteries used in smartphones and tablet devices.
