UV-curable resin featuring high-level gas barrier properties and water-based chemical resistance

ThreeBond 3175 is a solvent-free, UV-curable resin with olefin serving as the chief constituent. It can be cured in short time ranging from a few seconds to tens of seconds. And, curing takes place by means of polymerization triggered by light irradiation which happens in the ultraviolet to visible light region (365-405 nm). What’s formed is a cured product featuring heat resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, and low moisture permeability. In addition, the low viscosity and high-level antifoaming properties enable screen printing.
