Features / Technology
- Molybdenum disulfide-based anti-seizure lubricant which can form a tough lubricating film excelling in heat resistance and pressure resistance.
- Applicable in a wide temperature range (-60 to 400°C) Applicable at up to 800°C when used for prevention of seizure of sealed parts of screws, pins, etc.
- Facilitating assembly and disassembly (particularly of joints and threaded portions) and reducing working hours.
- Preventing heat generation, wear, seizure and scoring of sliding parts.
- Reducing machine vibration and frictional noise.

Rationalization of assembly and disassembly
Heat generation, wear, seizure and scoring of sliding parts and fitting of gears, such as warm gears, helical gears and hypoid gears, during break-in of machines
Prevention
Chattering of sliding parts and fretting corrosion of joints
Prevention
Wear and fixation of automotive parts
Prevention
Machine rotating parts and sliding parts exposed to high temperatures
