    • Product meeting UL94V-0 flammability standard. (vertical burning test)
    • Non-solvent adhesive. (not affecting plastics)
    • One-part adhesive which reacts with moisture in the air to cure. (heating or UV equipment is not required)
    • Excellent adhesion to metals, plastics, rubber and inorganic materials.
    • Low cure shrinkage.
    • One-component low temperature fast curing (in 1 min or more at approx. 60°C) type. * The curing conditions and curing time vary depending on the heat capacity of the parts used
    • Use of plant-derived polymer as main component
    • Elastic in wide temperature range (-35°C to 100°C)
    • Excellent adhesion to various materials

    ThreeBond 1541C

    Aqueous adhesive

    • The tack-free time of the product is short, and it shows high initial adhesion
    • Since its main solvent is water, there is no possibility of air pollution or ignition
    • Application of the adhesive to one side can give excellent adhesive strength
    • It has high workability. A small quantity of the adhesive can be spread on a large area. It is cost-efficient
    • It is applicable to Styrofoam to which conventional organic solvent type adhesives cannot be used
    • The aqueous emulsion type adhesive is not subjected to the control of the Fire Defense Law
    • It is suitable for screen printing
    • The dried film is clear and colorless
    • It can be quickly cured by irradiation with light.
    • Low viscosity and excellent gap penetration.
    • Blushing can be prevented by irradiation with light.
    • Since it cures with light through anionic polymerization, it is not affected by oxygen inhibition and has good surface curability.
    • In areas not exposed to light, it can cure with moisture. Therefore, there is no possibility of curing failure.
    • The light-curing property developed by the proprietary technology of Three Bond is added to the properties of existing instant adhesives.
    • Overflow of the adhesive can be cured by irradiation with light.
    • Since the adhesive penetrating between the substrates quickly cures, jigs for temporarily securing parts are not required.
    • Blushing can be prevented by irradiation with light.
    • Under irradiation with light, the adhesive can be used as a filler adhesive, which is difficult to do with existing instant adhesives.
    • Excellent penetrability into gaps between pins and bushes to prevent elongation and wear of chain.
    • Adequate viscosity and good retention on chain.
    • Special lubricant composition designed for chains for high- to low-speed operations.
    • Low stickiness, and less adhesion of dust.
    • Even under low temperatures, the flexibility and following performance of the coating film are maintained.
    • The grease excels in extreme-pressure property and is very resistant to high load. Its weld load of 4900N obtained in high-speed four-ball extreme-pressure test cannot be realized by existing extreme-pressure greases. The excellent load carrying capacity
    • It excels in rust preventing performance. At present, it is only TB1815D that does not cause rust after a lapse of 500 hours of salt spray test.
    • It has excellent water resistance. Although most greases flow out in the wet roll stability test, TB1815D shows little change in consistency. In the wet lubricity test, it is expected to have good lubricity after water is mixed in it.

    ThreeBond 1816

    Chain oil spray

    • Excellent penetration on pins and bushes and prevents chain stretching and wear.
    • Excellent moderate viscosity residual on chain.
    • Can be used on high and low speed chains because it is formulated with a special lubricant.
    • Lower stickiness therefore low adhesion of dust.
    • Even at low temperatures, the film is flexible and the chain's tracking capacity is maintained.
    • Registered by NSF standard as 3H, H1.
    • Applicable to food equipment.
    • Aerosol type with 2-way nozzle.
