    • Curing under irradiation with UV light for several seconds
    • Excellent low temperature characteristics
  • ThreeBond 3055B

    UV-curing Resin

    • Cures and displays bonding strength by UV irradiation (200 to 400 nm wavelength) for several seconds to several tens of seconds.
    • Excellent adhesion to glass, metal, etc.
    • The resin can be cured by irradiation of ultraviolet light for several seconds to several tens of seconds to exhibit adhesion. After this, it is completely cured by moisture.
    • Part of resin that has flowed into narrow gaps and will not be exposed to ultraviolet light can be solidified by moisture.
    • Since the resin is colored, it is easy to visually check the state of application.
    • The cured resin has flexibility.
    • The resin exhibits good adhesion to glass, metal and plastics.
    • Cures and shows adhesion in seconds to several tens of seconds under irradiation with UV light. After this, completely cures with moisture.
    • Can be solidified by moisture in narrow spaces not exposed to UV light.
    • Flexible cured material.
    • Adheres to glass, metals and plastics.
    • Cures in seconds to several tens of seconds under irradiation with UV light
    • Portions of the resin not exposed to UV light can be cured by heating.
    • Cures in seconds to several tens of seconds under irradiation with UV light
    • Portions of the adhesive not reached by UV light can be cured by heating.
    • Biomass raw materials are used as part of the raw materials.
  • ThreeBond 3059D

    Ultraviolet Curing Resin

    • Hardening is attained by UV irradiation of ten seconds - some dozens of seconds.
    • The amount of outgas generated by hardened substances (decrease in weight) is small.
    • With thixotropy, a shape can be kept as it is after application, and leakage/drip can be avoided.
    • It has excellent adhesive power on various materials such as glasses, metals and others.
  • ThreeBond 3060

    UV-curing Resin

    • Cures and displays bonding strength in several seconds to several tens of seconds by exposure to UV light (200 to 400 nm wavelength).
    • In addition, it has anaerobic curability and can be used for bonding joints which cannot be exposed to UV light.
  • ThreeBond 3062U

    UV-curing Resin

    • Cures quickly by exposure to UV irradiation. (Standard curing conditions: 30 kJ/m2 (3000 mJ/cm2 ))
    • Has flexibility and is suitable for bonding of different materials.
    • Has anaerobic curability and is applicable to bonding of metal parts.
    • Cures by UV irradiation in seconds
    • In metallic joints which cannot be exposed to UV light, the resin can be anaerobically cured.
    • Excellent bonding strength between different materials
