    • It cures under irradiation of visible or ultraviolet light in a few seconds to several tens of seconds.
    • It cures on materials that do not transmit ultraviolet light but transmit visible light.
    • It excels in curability in thick films.
    • It has high adhesion to plastics, glass and metals.
    • Biomass raw materials are used as part of the raw materials.
    • Cures under irradiation with light for seconds to tens of seconds.
    • Can be used to surface-bond plastics containing UV absorbing agents.
    • Has thixotropic properties.
    • Biomass raw materials are used as part of the raw materials.
    • Cures under irradiation with light for seconds to tens of seconds.
    • Can be used to surface-bond plastics containing UV absorbing agents.
    • Not likely to sag during application.
    • Biomass raw materials are used as part of the raw materials.
    • The resin cures under irradiation of visible light or ultraviolet light for a few seconds to several tens of seconds.
    • Even on materials that do not transmit ultraviolet light, it cures if the materials transmit visible light.
    • It has excellent thick film curability.
    • It has high adhesion to various plastics, glass and metals.
    • Biomass raw materials are used as part of the raw materials.
    • The resin cures under irradiation with UV light or visible light for several to several tens of seconds.
    • The single-component adhesive need not be mixed prior to use.
    • It is curable with light and moisture. It can be cured quickly with moisture on light blocking materials (metallic and colored materials) and with UV or visibl
    • Compared to general UV-curing adhesives, the adhesive can be cured at a lower UV dose (10 kJ/m2 ).
    • Excellent moisture resistance and heat resistance.
  • ThreeBond 3178

    UV-Curable Olefin Resin

    • The resin can cure under irradiation with UV light (wavelength of 200 to 405 nm) only for several to several tens of seconds. After curing, maintains rubber elasticity over a wide temperature range (-40 to 120°C).
    • After application, has excellent shape retention before curing.
    • Olefin resin has excellent heat resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, coolant resistance, and low moisture permeability.
    • Low compression set ensures excellent seal.
    • Biomass raw materials are used as part of the raw materials.
    • Solvent-free, and applicable not only to spot bonding, but also to surface bonding.
    • Single-component, and can be used without operations, such as mixing.
    • Less outgassing
    • One-part silicone-based conductive adhesive. It can be cured by heating at 180°C for 60 minutes.
    • Since the adhesive is based on silicone resin, it shows relatively stable characteristics at low to high temperatures after curing.
    • Less skinning after application. It is suitable for application in a small quantity.
    • It can be used as a substitute for the existing silicone-based conductive adhesive TB3303F.
    • One-part silicone-based conductive adhesive. It can cure at 180C in 60 min.
    • After curing, it shows relatively stable characteristics in a wide temperature range because its base material is a silicone resin.
    • Since it causes less skinning after applied, it is suitable for application in a minute quantity.
    • Curable at 210°C in 60 min.
    • Good adhesion to gold-plated substrates.
