    UV-curing Resin

    • The resin can cure under irradiation of UV light for several to several tens of seconds.
    • Portions of the resin not exposed to UV light can be cured by heating.
    • After curing, the resin becomes an elastic body excelling in heat resistance and chemical resistance.
    • It emits fluorescence when irradiated with black light (365 nm), and it is possible to check whether or not it has been applied.
    • Biomass raw materials are used as part of the raw materials.
    • High Tg (glass transition temperature)
    • High tensile shear strength
    • Low linear expansion coefficient and low cure shrinkage
    • Excellent peel strength to films including polyester films
    • Excellent peel strength between various plastics and to plastics and metals
    • After curing, the resin has flexibility at room temperature.
    • Low moisture permeability
    • Biomass raw materials are used as part of the raw materials.
  • ThreeBond 3017B

    UV-curing resin

    • The resin cures under irradiation of ultraviolet light (wavelength of 200 to 400 nm) in several seconds to several tens of seconds.
    • The hardness of the cured resin shows flexibility at normal temperatures.
    • It has high peel strength between plastic materials and between plastic and metallic materials
    • It has low moisture permeability and water absorption.
    • Biomass raw materials are used as part of the raw materials.

    • Biomass raw materials are used as part of the raw materials.
  • ThreeBond 3017F

    UV-curing resin

    • The resin can cure under irradiation with UV light for several to several tens of seconds.
    • Excellent surface curability
    • It can be cured with an LED lamp.
    • High adhesion to hard-to-bond olefin-based materials
    • Biomass raw materials are used as part of the raw materials.
    • Resin developed only for end-sealing of LC panels
    • Single-component non-solvent type
    • Curing in seconds under irradiation with UV light (Standard curing conditions: 10 kJ/m2 (1000 mJ/cm2 ))
    • Since it has low moisture permeability, it prevents permeation of moisture into panels.
    • Reduced concentration of inorganic ions that could affect LC materials
